Prospera-X Global Inc. respects your privacy. This Policy explains what personal information we collect through truealkalinec.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We process personal information in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (the Data Privacy Act of 2012), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission.
1. Personal information we collect

We do not knowingly collect health information about you. Please do not include medical history or health details in order notes or general enquiries. If you need advice about whether this product is appropriate for you, consult your physician rather than our customer service team.
2. Why we process your information
- To fulfil your order — processing, packing, dispatch, delivery, and payment collection. Legal basis: performance of a contract with you.
- To provide customer service — answering enquiries, handling returns, refunds, and complaints.
- To meet legal obligations — tax, accounting, consumer protection, and any record-keeping required of a distributor of registered drug products.
- To improve the Site — understanding how visitors use the Site so we can make it work better. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- To send marketing — only where you have given consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.
3. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with parties who need it to deliver our service to you, and only to the extent necessary:
- Shopify — hosting of the online store and order management
- J&T Express — delivery of your order, including your name, address, and mobile number
- Our payment service provider — processing of online payments
- Email marketing platform — sending order updates and, where you have opted in, marketing emails
- Analytics and advertising platforms — aggregated and pseudonymised Site usage data
- Government authorities — where disclosure is required by law, regulation, or lawful order
We do not sell your personal information. Some of our service providers process data outside the Philippines; where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure a comparable level of protection.
4. How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are retained for the period required by Philippine tax and accounting law, currently ten (10) years from the close of the relevant taxable year. Customer service correspondence is retained for 2 years. Marketing contact details are retained until you unsubscribe. After the applicable period, records are securely deleted or anonymised.
5. Your rights as a data subject
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed; to object to processing; to access your personal information; to have inaccurate information corrected; to erasure or blocking in the circumstances the law allows; to data portability; to damages for a violation of your rights; and to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
To exercise any of these rights, email office.prosperax@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Privacy Request". We will respond within a reasonable period and may ask you to verify your identity before acting on the request.
6. Security
We apply organisational, physical, and technical measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) across the Site and restricted staff access on a need-to-know basis. No system is completely secure, but we will notify affected data subjects and the National Privacy Commission of any breach where the law requires it.
7. Cookies
The Site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function (such as remembering your cart), plus analytics and advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling necessary cookies may prevent checkout from working.
8. Children
The Site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
