Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship nationwide across the Philippines through J&T Express. This page sets out our dispatch times, delivery estimates, and shipping fees.
1. Processing and dispatch
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Philippine public holidays). Orders placed before 3:00 pm are dispatched within 24 hours . Orders placed after the cut-off, or on a Sunday or holiday, are processed on the next business day.

These are estimates from the courier, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer during peak seasons, or where weather, road conditions, or local restrictions affect the courier's network. We will keep you updated if we learn of a delay affecting your order.
3. Shipping fees

The exact shipping fee for single-box orders is shown at checkout before you confirm. There are no additional handling, packaging, or fuel charges added afterwards.
4. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched we send your J&T tracking number by email and SMS. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active on the courier's system after dispatch.
5. Delivery attempts and failed deliveries
J&T will make up to three (3) delivery attempts. Please make sure the mobile number on your order is reachable — most failed deliveries happen because the courier cannot get in touch. If all attempts fail, the parcel is returned to us. For prepaid orders we will contact you to arrange redelivery (a redelivery fee may apply) or issue a refund under our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address and mobile number before confirming your order, and include unit, building, or landmark details where they help. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot change the delivery address. If you spot an error before dispatch, contact us immediately at office.prosperax@gmail.com and we will correct it.
7. Storage and handling
True Alkaline-C is shipped in its sealed manufacturer box. Store at temperatures not exceeding 30°C, away from direct sunlight and moisture. On arrival, check that the seal is intact — do not accept or use the product if the seal is broken, and contact us right away.
8. International shipping
We currently ship within the Philippines only.
