These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of truealkalinec.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. The Site is owned and operated by Prospera-X Global Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. The product
True Alkaline-C is a non-acidic sodium ascorbate Vitamin C capsule, 562.54 mg per capsule (equivalent to 500 mg ascorbic acid), supplied in boxes of 100 capsules. It is registered with the Philippine Food and Drug Administration under Drug Registration No. DRP-11704-05.

4. Eligibility to purchase
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order. Products purchased are for personal or household use and may not be resold, repackaged, or redistributed without our prior written consent.
5. Pricing
All prices are stated in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Current pricing:

Prices, promotions, and bundle discounts may change without prior notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the moment your order is confirmed. Promotional discounts apply automatically at checkout; no discount code is required.
6. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it only when we issue an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, where: the item is out of stock; there is a pricing or product description error; the delivery address falls outside our serviceable areas; we are unable to verify your contact details; or we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or resale activity. Where an order is cancelled after payment, we refund in full under our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide. Card, GCash, Maya, and other online payment methods are processed through our payment service provider and will be enabled on the Site as they become available. We do not store your full card details; these are handled directly by the payment processor under its own security standards.
For COD orders, payment is made in cash to the courier upon delivery. Please prepare the exact amount where possible. Refusal to accept and pay for a confirmed COD order may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
8. Product images and information
We take care to describe products accurately. Product photography is illustrative; packaging design may be updated by the manufacturer from time to time. The authoritative information for dosage, ingredients, and warnings is the approved product labelling on the physical box and package insert.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the True Alkaline-C name and logo, text, photographs, and layout — is owned by or licensed to Prospera-X Global Inc. and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Republic Act No. 7394 (the Consumer Act of the Philippines) or any other law that cannot be lawfully excluded.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute not resolved under our Dispute Resolution Policy shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of Pasig City.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
